Why choose an hourly plan?
You know you need some work done, but you’re not sure exactly how much or how long it will take. By buying a block of support hours, you use the time as you need, then renew your package when your hours run out. We track each job we complete for you with our online support system, and the time spent is deducted from your total. You can see exactly what each minute was used for in the job report.
We will work with you to scope the project, creating a document that contains a detailed outline of the project requirements. Once that’s done, we’ll provide our best estimate of the time to complete the project. If you’re happy to proceed, we will invoice you for the first block of hours. Once these hours are all consumed, you will be invoiced for the next block of hours.
The project will be tracked in our online support system. You’ll be able to see how the project is progressing, discuss aspects of the project with our team, review requests, see project milestones and share documents with the team.
